We left for Lake Brophy on Saturday, and took our time getting to Alexandria. We stopped in Sauk Centre for McDonald's, the playland, and groceries - before ending up at the resort. The minute we arrived, the girls wanted to be in the water and on the beach... They didn't want to get out of the water, either!!

That night, Daddy and Mommy were in charge of dinner. We had pork sandwiches and corn on the cob. Then it was time to organize the cabin to fit EVERYONE in (Mommy, Daddy, Kylie, Neela, Brooke, Papa Pizza, Grandma Banana, Uncle Cory, Aunt Heidi, Aunt Angie, Uncle Tony & Chelsea... whew!!).
As we started inflating mattresses and rearranging the loft, a BIG storm rolled in! We later learned the tornado sirens were going off - and Heidi & Cory parked their Harley in a carwash to avoid driving in the rain. The beach was washed into the lake a bit, and you couldn't see much of anything for a while... but we were too busy playing in the house!

On Monday, Mommy went shopping with Grandma & Karen. We spent more time playing in the water, on the boat, "jetskiing", and just playing, playing, playing! Monday night, it was time for a bonfire with S'Mores! This was Kylie & Neela's first try at S'Mores, and they were in heaven! Of course, they decided they weren't too sure about the taste -- Mommy ate 4 (or more) that night! We also played preschool campfire games, including "Duck, Duck, Grey Duck", "Duck, Duck, Goose" and "Duck, Duck, Grey Goose" (depending on who taught you how to play the game!). We did try to take pictures of the Estochen/Johnson kiddos, but it was a CHALLENGE! Kylie also managed to get out a "hat" that we took turns wearing...

Tuesday was a rainy day. We went shopping with Mommy, Grandma, Heidi and Cory while Daddy tried to golf in the rain. We went to Mills', then to McDonald's for some time in playland before heading to Ron's Warehouse!

Tuesday night, we had another fire - with preschool campfire songs (The Wheels on the Bus, Jelly on a Plate, some Taylor Swift, and many, many more!) The S'Mores showed up again - thank goodness Heidi and Cory were there with their friends -- they ate a few for Mommy!)

The ride home went quick... especially for Brooke! Daddy turned her carseat around a little early so she could watch the road... It wasn't as exciting for her as it was for the twins -- she couldn't see all her big sisters' antics anymore!
