We had our first night of swimming lessons tonight - and the girls couldn't stop talking about it! Of course, we were both in the pool - so we didn't have a camera to take pictures. BUT... we can tell you everything! First, we got to play around - we tried floating with noodles, throwing balls, floating on our tummies without noodles, and KYLIE was the first one to blow bubbles. For those of you who haven't figured it out, Kylie's a bit cautious - so this was shocking!
When we started class, we did wheels on the bus, Ring around the Rosie (splashes, splashes, we all put our ____ in the water - ears, nose, mouth, shoulders....), Grand Old Duke of York (up and down - lots of water!), and the Turtle Song - we'll have to learn that one a bit better!
We got more play time at the end - so we jumped off the side into Mommy & Daddy's arms a lot! When it was time to get dressed, we both went in the locker room with Mommy - and figured out there were showers... Mommy said we can try them - next time! We couldn't stop talking about "Rosie's in the Water" and "shower" and ... all the way home!
