Today, we went to a family picnic at Daddy's new fire station. We tried a bunch of new foods, watched a video of "old" pictures of the firefighters, then headed outside.
The first order of business were station pictures...

We watched Daddy demonstrate a vehicle extrication, how to load a victim onto a backboard, and how they load up the ambulance. It was not real - but it was interesting!
While we waited for the next demo, firefighter Lisa snapped a few pictures of us with Daddy... aren't they beautiful?
After the demos were over, we were invited to test out the fire hose. Kylie and Neela getting to be pretty good at this, and Brooke is really catching on!
