Every time it's windy, we ask if we can fly kites. We got new kites from Bonnie and Hambone for our birthday, and we REALLY wanted to try them out!
Usually, it's too windy or too crazy in the cul-de-sac to pull it off. Today, it was not too bad -- so Daddy thought we could give it a try... it worked so well, we had a neighborhood 'fan club' helping us with flying them!

... and last, Brooke - with her little kite from the Texas Kite Festival that Grandma Banana and Papa Pizza brought her last year.
They flew pretty well, and did not get stuck too many times! When do you think the wind will be "just right" again? SOON???
