We're going to the Zoo!

We had a 1/2 day at daycare on April 29, so Mommy took us to "Angie's New Zoo" in the afternoon. We brought Angie a "present" (some of the fudge revel bars Grandma brought us), and met her in the parking lot. She helped us get into the Zoo (perks of employment), and walked with us to see the bunnies, dolphins and bears. Angie had to go back to work, so we continued on to see the camels, prairie dogs, bison, and the farm!

On the farm, we really just wanted to find Slick - since the farm looked so much like Grandma & Papa's. We saw horses, sheep... when we saw the goats, they licked Brooke - and she thought it was GREAT! Then, we played on the big green tractor -- Brooke wanted to play, too, but Mommy couldn't find a safe way to put 3 girls on the tractor, so we'll have to try that at Grandma & Papa's farm. After the tractor, we went in the barn and saw the big cows (but "Slick wasn't there"). Kylie was very interested in the milking -- good thing Papa wants to take her to see cows get milked in a couple weeks. The big girls LOVED the fake mama pig - the pictures saw it all. They had to "close the gate" when we left the pig! Only one chicken was outside that day... then it was back to the "Bear's playground" for 20 minutes of playtime before the Zoo closed.

Overall, what a fun day! It was a bit overcast and windy - but it didn't rain on us! We got so tired out, we all fell asleep in the car. Mommy's not so sure her legs can handle another adventure pushing the double stroller with 3 kids (one big girl and one baby in the backseat!), but Neela wants to know if we can go back to the Zoo - "...maybe 8, or 9, or 10 times Mommy!"
