It was a VERY busy weekend at the Estochen's! Friday was Cy's 5th birthday! When Mom picked us up from daycare, it was raining... but we went to the pet store anyway. We each got to pick out a toy for Cy - and some treats! We like the toys more than he does, but he really liked the pet store - and the car ride. He also got his hair cut -- we're not too sure he liked that! AND, we went for a walk around the block - after supper - and before bed - just to make sure Cy got his exercise after all the treats we gave him!
Saturday was a beautiful day - we were outside a lot! We went to gymnastics, then took a nap. After our nap, we played with our new bubble machine on the steps. Then, we went for a ride behind Mom's bike -- Cy rode with us... and he stepped on our feet! Mom went to get her haircut, so we played with Dad for a while. When Mom came home, we all went for a walk - we liked the bike so much, we climbed in the seat after our walk - so Mom went around the block again. Then, we had supper - and played with bubbles some more! It was a LONG day - and we slept ALL night!
Today was a little slower -- Dad was gone all day (he bowled in a tournament in New Ulm). We helped Mom clean our closet to make room for all our new sizes and summer clothes! Kylie spent a lot of time in the "sock box", and we both liked to climb on all the boxes after they were full. We also colored pictures, and Kylie figured out how to push Cy around the kitchen in the kitchen chair - and how to spin him in circles, too! Neela bit herself - so we don't think she'll be biting anyone else anytime soon (we hope!). We helped Mom fold clothes - and we watched the Wild lose to Colorado - so now they play Colorado in the 1st round of the playoffs AT HOME! Mom & Dad said we're not going to any games... unless we get to the Stanley Cup :-)
No, we're not walking yet -- but we're trying our hardest to figure it out!
