Over the last few weeks, we've been working hard learning soccer. This year, our team was called the "Green Alligators" after the green ink on our shirts. Sometimes, we played against Daddy. Sometimes, we played against Mommy. Sometimes, we wanted to play on the playground equipment instead of play soccer. Neela was very shy about joining in, and Kylie loved every minute of it.
When it came time for our first game, Kylie was the goalie - and managed to pick every dandelion within 10 feet of the goal. Neela ran all over the field!
When we played against the parents, Kylie and Neela both made goals. Neela made a goal first, then tried to pass to Kylie. Kylie missed - and cried when someone else stole the ball! Guess we'll be practicing more at home!
